About Row Housing Concepts
Promoter - Challapalli Surya Rao, is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from IIT Kharagpur with Post Graduation in Management. He is having his own manufacturing units of steel, aluminum and plastic water storage tanks. The first project undertaken by him named â Concept Apartments â was completed on time and it was a tremendous success. He has extensively travelled all over the world, studying housing concepts, gated communities, pollution free environment, landscaping, etc., accordingly adopted some of the ideas in these projects. Selection of Madhurawada and outskirts is totally based on the pollution factor, which is the least in these areas and also because of the good ground water abundant. All these projects are in proximity to the upcoming Software Park which shall commence operations from October 2007.His main interest is in rural housing and intends to develop more than 500 rural houses between Madhurawada and Vijayanagaram.
