Pros:
Away from hustle and bustle of city.
Good Quality Construction.Cons:
Staff is pathetic, they give you misleading information. Lack of transparency.
Banks like SBI do not finance due to some issues.
Amenities- Club House, Gym, Swimming Pool etc are still not ready and you have to pay full maintenance.
Very slow project.
The project is far far away from city and you have to struggle for all day to day needs.
Livability is very poor.About Builder:
This builder is new to Vadodara and this is the first running project and with such a pathetic way of handling customer issues they may get defame.

Pros:
None.. Checkout cons part before making any investment with this builder.
Cons:
Builder is not honest, have booked flat years ago in san martin baroda. The promise was to give the possession in march 2014. Its March of 2016 yet no possession has been given. to be honest stay away and save you hard earned money.
If you want to find out my review is true or not ask them how many flat possessions have they given till now in Vadodara San Martin.
Ask them why does San Tropez in baroda turns in pacific ocean in just half an hour of Rain (24th November rain, just in case they ask for latest date)
Ask them why do you only see just 2 or max 3 labours working on the entire site, visit anytime to see for yourself (other then weekends ;) )
