    Pros:

    There is nothing good to write about this project.

    Cons:

    They started booking 2.5 years ago. As per development speed they can deliver it after 60 yrs.
    Builder is a cheat. He will never meet you. He will just sit on your money and earn interest. They are not even doing agreement after booking. They will just keep you waiting for agreement.
