Viraj Estates has been a pioneering real estate (land) development entity in Nasik. Established in late 80's by Mr. Rajendra R Shah and Mr. Vilas R Shah, the firm today is one of the biggest players in land aggregation and development in Nasik city & its neighbonng regions and also operates in other regions of Maharashtra and Gujarat.
