About Soman and Associates
Soman and Associates (SAA) was founded in 1970 as a civil engineering contracting firm. From its very beginning, at SAA, technological superiority, design excellence, safety and quality assurance formed the pillars of growth and success. With experience in almost all sectors of civil engineering, design and construction, SAA is today one of the most well-recognized names in the industry.When it started in 1970 as contractors, one of their first projects was the Kalyan-based National Rayon Corporation. The project was the construction of their staff quarters. Soon enough, they had graduated to bigger things. This complex comprised utility buildings, administration buildings, chemical tank farms, pipe racks, etc.Within no time, SAA was handling landmark projects of many other renowned names in the industry - Nicholas Piramal, Cadbury India, Bayer, BASF, Hindustan Organic and Galaxy Surfactants. Seeing their success and depth of experience, the Company also ventured into residential and commercial realty business. Within a short period, SAA had completed many residential and commercial projects in Ambernath and Badlapur up to 3.5 Lakh sq. ft. of area.Since 1996, SAA's vision has incorporated bigger avenues of growth: Construction of factories and big establishments. Today, it is working on taking its remarkable reputation for quality and delivery even higher.
