Now a days busy City People specially Corporate Employees and businessmen love breathing in fresh air from their much loved but polluted City. Mumbai is blessed with lots of Sea Beaches, Dams, Hill Stations within 3-4 hours driving distance. Lonavala, Alibaug, Goa are hot spots but its now getting expensive to buy and maintain a second home/ farm house . Also these places are getting crowded with tourist.
