Pros:
Prime location
Cons:
The people in the society are totally mannerless and cheap. The committee has no use other than extorting money out of probable buyers. They are also not shying away from extorting more than law defined amount from seller as transfer charges. They are modern day thugs boasting of good jobs but their behaviour reeks of unethical upbringing. If you want to live in hell buy or rent flat here but if you are able to chose your neighbours don't go for it.
