Good locality
Cons:
Owner took 3 months advance, later claimed he took 2 months.
Unreasonably told us to vacate house, false allegations. Owners has a history of deducting big amounts when vacating.
We are paying more than market value.Beds: 2
Baths: 2
Rent: Rs.14,000
Maintenance: Rs.1,500
