Creative Constructions is a partnership concern registered in the year 1991 with the Registrar of firms, Hyderabad with the main object of construction of residential and commercial complexes. The firm is well known in the market for their quality of construction and delivery of the possession. The firm is having over (16) years experience in the construction and has executed more than 24 ventures successfully. Also the firm has acquired land admeasuring 2400 sqyds at Karthikeyenagar near Taranaka on out rate purchase for developing residential flats. The main promoter and Managing partner of the firm Mr K.Premchander reddy,a civil engineer by profession and is having rich experience in the field of construction. He has initially floated a firm in the name and style of CREATIVE CONSTRUCTINS, a partnership concern during the year 1991 and has executed many ventures in the name of the firm. He has gained rich experience of over 16 years in the field. Also he held the executive directorship in the company Creative Homes and resigned in the year 2001. The details of the ventures executed are enclosed here with. From 1991 to 1994 we have successfully completed seven projects which are abutting main road which gives land mark for the people quote about the premises out of which one fabulous commercial complex constructed on the four lane road which contains many commercial establishments for the needy. Providing independent homes which are environmental friendly without any pollution with the green trees grown land admeasuring 6000 sq yds with well laid B.T.roads and technically planned sewerage system. which was done in the year 1994,with vision keeping in view the present growth infrastructure.
