GuruvayurWe, Kovilakam Properties India Pvt Ltd , entered in the field of real estate in the year2009 and started survey of feasibility of potential. During the survey it was revealed that there is wide gap of demand and supply of affordable home, which prompted us this venture. It took us lot of time and energy for locating plot of land /Site raw materials supply of high quality, well qualified professionals in the field of designing and town planning experts, ground water experts, civil engineering, civil contractors, geologists, and finally vaashtu sastra. We two entrepreneurs with zest and zeal formed kovilakam properties India pvt ltd, and started small project named Krishna kripa. With some initial teething trouble, the project was completed in the year 2010, and second project named Vaishnava Enclave at West Nada completed. In the year, the third project started in the swing. We are now equipped with experts with vast experience in the field of most modern construction techniques. We our team will supervise from soil test to construction in every stage, which will avoid last minute trouble shooting to bring out a quality workmanship.
