About IKS Builders Pvt Ltd
In the year 1992, we were thinking to start a construction business which is to be useful for the middle class people who should get the apartments in a very decent price. We started NEW TEC BUILDERS as a proprietary concern with small investment. We started our first project at Anna Nagar and then we moved to Kolathur. We reached a huge popularity at Kolathur and Villivakkam area. Many middle class people approached us to do more projects at the same area. So, we concentrated in Kolathur and Villivakkam area. In the mean while people approached us to construct a house in their land since they were attracted by our style and quality of construction.In the year 1999, I.K.S. BUILDERS PVT.LTD was started. Mrs. Revathy Shetty, is the Managing Director, I.K.Srinivasa Shetty, and I.S. Venkataramana Swaroop are the other Directors. Company got two civil engineers. Our projects are designed by well qualified structural engineers. We are using best quality steel, sand and bricks for our construction. We have completed nearly 25 projects and more than 15 private works in and around Kolathur and Villiakkam area.We gained lot of customers by our quality construction and nominal price. People who purchased a flat from us, purchase their second a flat after an period. They are saying we are satisfied with your service and we liked your construction. For the past 20 years we are providing best quality construction and customer satisfaction to our customers. In future also we wish to continue the same. This is our motto. Our goal is to achieve this.Our company has won the Best Builder Award in the year 2003, 2004 and 2005 consequently. Managing Director Mrs. Revathy shetty was the award winner of Indira Gandhi Priyadharshini Award in the year 2004, given by National Awareness Forum and presented by Honorable Former Governorâs Mr. Romesh Bhandari and Bhishma Narayan Singh at Theen Murthy Bhavan in New Delhi.
