R.P. Builders and Property Developers has been started by Mr.K.A.S.Ramdoss, father of Mr. KASR Prabu in the year 1975 and the company has been at the forefront of real estate development in South India since 1975. Mr. KASR Prabu who is the son of the Founder Mr. Ramdoss after completing his Engineering with distinction from Anna University, Chennai, an MBA from Alagappa University joined with his father in the business field. After gaining experience in this field Mr. Prabu took over the business from his father in the year 2005 and since then he is handling the business as a proprietary concern. RP Builders & Property Developers has held an uninterrupted market leadership position in most major towns of Tamil Nadu, most notably Chennai and Trichy. The company is formed with a vision to excel in this field on the ideals of timely delivery, ethics in business dealings transparency. A brief history of the concern since 1996 is as follows: 1996 - 1999: The Group expands its operations in Chennai, Trichy, and Nanguneri with business focus on development of large scale residential projects and housing plots. As on date R P Builders had done projects in and around Chennai and had completed around 2, 50,000 sq. ft. Business Activities The company has till date executed more than 150 real estate deals and construction projects. Currently it is developing 25 projects in Chennai, Trichy and Nanguneri. The company has a presence in all the major real estate classes - multi storey group housing, residential townships, shopping malls, office buildings, Hospitals and hotels. Group Capabilities and Future Plans The company has undertaken development of residential development of approx. 500 residential units, Commercial spaces and has deep expertise in building economic housing and commercial space in tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 towns. It has a unique industrial park project with a foot print of approx. 210 acres, now the company is looking forward to diversify in other States, in addition to its current strengths in Tamil Nadu. Management The company is professionally guided by Mr. K.A.S.Ramdoss, who has over 35 years experience in real estate business. Mr. KASR PRABU is the proprietor of RP Builders and Property Developers. He is an Engineer from Anna University, Chennai with over 8 years experience in construction and real estate development. Business heads and other senior managers in the company are all well-qualified professionals with wide experience in their respective fields.
