About Kaveri Builders
Kaveri Builders, is a proprietary construction company founded in the year 2001 by Mr. Thamil Selvan, a dynamic civil engineer with a vision to become a reliable builder making quality homes, backed by two decades of in-depth experience gained from executing small individual houses to large residential projects. We are patron member of Builders Association of India (BAI) Southern Centre and member Flat Promoters Association, Chennai South Suburb.The company has been in existence from 1978, but under the name of Kaveri Constructions with Mr.Thamil Selvan and three other family members as partners. Kaveri Constructions was recognised as Class I Contractors by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and has constructed more than 900 individual houses at Marai malai Nagar, Kattangaluthur including LIG, MIG & HIG houses at Chengalpet TNHB Colony and 72 HIG Houses for TNHB Colony at Tambaram Sanatorium ( Near MEPZ ). The company has also constructed 26 Individual Houses and 50 Flats in nine blocks in West and East Tambaram respectively for SBI Officers through their Housing Society Covering Members all over South India.
