We, Sapthagiri Builders having experience in construction of residential flats for more than 25 years. We are having experienced civil engineers for planning and construction of apartments and flats. We are constructing apartments after duly verifying legal and parent documents of the land and obtaining legal opinion of experienced advocates. We are using high class bricks, sand, cement, iron, wood in construction work. We are using high class tiles for floor works. We are providing favorite pipes, tap, and wash basins in the construction of flats. We are using best preferred and ISI mark electrical wire, switches, switch board, wiring pipes in providing electrical facilities. We are constructing flats in Nanganallur, Adambakkam, Ullagaram and Madipakkam areas.
