Ltd., And it was registered with Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu and also registered with Reserve Bank of India as NBFC and doing the business of Hire-Purchase Financier and General Financier. Then, as the Company switched over to the Construction and Real Estate Business, the Company changed name as Saibala Enterprises P. Ltd., and doing Flats Promotion business and Real Estate business.There are 6 Directors in the Board. Shri. D. SAMPATHKUMAR , an industrialist is the Chairman of the Company. Shri. G. THILAGAR is the Managing Director of the Company. Shri. K. VENKATARATHNAM, Shri. J. SIVASUBRAMANIYAN, Shri. S. SUGUMARAVEL and Smt. T.
