Pros:
If you are looking for a place with economical rent then this is the easy choice. Excellent community with all the amenties. Really good play area so that kids can enjoy.
Cons:
Roads connecting this area is not good. Bollineni promised two lifts when there is one
They promised club house will be functional in December 2014 and we are in 2016. can see only building
All the bathroom fittings are rusted. Extremely poor quality of fittings used
Footpaths are damaged Security is very weak . Any one can reach to your flat as security will open the door for any one.
