Pros:
Be careful investing in this property. Read the CONS part.
Cons:
Common areas were not completed properly. Snakes were found in compound after handing over. Did not agree to raise compound wall with glass pieces on top. Diesel generator was left uncovered. Water problems were hidden. No solution provided. Cheap build quality and wooden doors. Several seepages had to be fixed later. Parking plans were not transparent. They charged 2 Lakhs and gave space for a small alto. Roads were promised but not laid. Lifts were custom made from cheap vendors and never worked from day one. Never fall for this builder who claims to be a reputed one. Cheap tiles were used and got broken. They were not even replaced. Stair cases were not laid properly and beeding started to peel off. The stench from toilet pipes were all over the fourth floor apartments. This a true review from a real buyer. Hence opt for other small builders. Do not fall for this one because of lack of reviews.
