Pros:
Integrated township with good build quality run by professionals. Lots of greens, breather space and play area for all ages. Value for money.
Cons:
Distance could be a reason but roads are good.
About Builder:
Run by professionals and they understand purchasers well. I have got good support throughout the process (recently the property was handed over to us). Have been able to build relationship with everybody in the FireLuxur team, Bangalore.

Pros:
Visited the site, its a Integrated township Villa and have to say that for the price they are charging, Its amazing. Beautiful place. Project turning out to be really good.
Guess this is one of the biggest projects in Bangalore with 230 acres.
