    Pros:

    1. Close to CMH road and MG road
    2. Safe place to live
    3. Mk retail, Reliance fresh are just 1KM away
    4. Metro and bus stops are very close by

    Cons:

    1. Since it's close to old madras road, it gets very noisy.
    2. No Swimming pool

    Pros:

    This apartment is located very close to MGRoad,Commercial street some of the prime areas. Never really experienced any water problem. This is a very safe neighbourhood, a police station at the end of the street.The end of street has a grocery story,banks are present on CMH road and hosipitals are close by. The apartment also provides good parking space.

    Cons:

    Since it is located near OMR it is very noisy, alot of mosquitoes present due to the garden not maintained well.The rent being slightly on the higher side due to the area. Not much noticed otherwise.
