Horrible, greedy builders
About Builder:
Doesn't even deserve a single star. Our hard earned money is stuck with the builder for the last 5 years. He has neither given us the flat nor has he refunded the amount. Running pillar to post to recover my money. Investing here is the biggest mistake of my life. Lately, I have been threatened by the builder to remove my review. Also, suggest you to google about the top people running this company.

The flat is not complete, so hard to say its pros
Cons:
The builder is unethical. Cannot assure that your money is in safe hands
About Builder:
The builder is a cheat. He is holding our hard earned money since last 5 years and has neither delivered us the product and nor has he refunded. This has hampered our chances of investing elsewhere too. Advise people not to invest in any property from Hiren Wahen.

Very greedy Builder. Dont trust this builder.
Cons:
Highly greedy builder. I dont think it will ever get completed.
About Builder:
The builder has no ethics. He has held our hard earned money as hostage for the last 5 years. He has neither given us the flat nor has he returned our money. This has denied us an opportunity to invest else where. All of us who have been cheated are planning to take him down legally. Dont ever make a mistake of investing in this project.

Pros:
Will see if it gets completed - Very untrustworthy builder. More cons than pros.
Cons:
Untrustworthy Builder. Our Hard earned money is stuck with them for the last 5 years. He has neither given us the flat nor has he returned our money. The final plan he has come up with gives much lesser carpet area than what was promised. This has blocked our possibilities to invest elsewhere. They have literally stolen our rights and dreams to own a house in Bangalore prime area. Suggest no one to buy from Hiren Wahen.
About Builder:
Builder is good at lying and cheating. Do not trust him. His own sales team gets changed every 3 months due to lack of ethics from the builder. All the investors are trying to find legal ways to get our money back.
