Pros:
I have found this location to be a best combination of city and village. It keeps you away from the city dust, sounds and pollution and provides village like atmosphere. However, the Outer ring road is within reachable distance (about 3 km away) which keeps you not far from the city reachability point of view. For someone who works in Manyatha tech park, the distance is even less - can ride a bike (bi-cycle) to work.
Specific to the apartment complex, the quality is very good. It is well designed, constructed, land scaped and maintained. You have the entire Royal enclave layout and the adjoining lake if you want to take extended walks outside the apartment building. The swimming pool, badminton court, table tennis/pool area, gym and kids play area are also very good.
Overall I love living here. I can see the co-conut plants, birds chirping and beautiful sunset everyday. The security and maintenance staff are well mannered too.

I stay here its a awesome place to be in Bangalore.
Inside a semi private layout, hence completely isolated from hustle of the city. Nice place surrounded by greenery and chirping sounds of varieties of birds wake u up every day morningCons:
