I visited Flat #301 in Block B of Kamal Jain. Following are pros:
-Spacious House
-2 Terraces
-2 Balconies
-Owner Staying AwayCons:
-Owner not ready to provide PAN Card No. to escape taxes
-Master Bedroom is locked
-Top Floor Does not have Fan, as the ceiling is made up Abestos Sheet, the room is like a GreenHouse
-There are wiring problems.Beds: 2

Rent: Rs.28,000
Maintenance: Rs.6,200
