We are proud to say that M/S of "VIJAYRAJA" Group of Companies was founded in 1949 by Mr.A.M.Rajapandiyan , a steward par excellence. He is an Indian who planned to go overseas to set new standards of quality business with dedication. His first successful mission was a popular retail store at Srilanka. With a notion to expand his company, our founder came back to India and started his chain of Retail stores in Chennai at Mylapore , Pondy bazzar and Parrys which goes by the name “Raja stores”.Holding up a chain of retail stores were not all his limitations, a stainless steel manufacturing company at Mylapore was his next milestone in quality business.His continued thirst to take his business to a higher level, indulged the company into building and property development. His first construction was SRI RAJA KALYANA MANDAPAM” at Mylapore which still stands as a Hallmark of our company’s achievements.His son Mr.M.R.Chendilnathan, a pioneer in management, took over the company in 1983 and is now the proud owner and determined Chairman Cum Managing Director of Vijay raja group of companies. His endless pursuit to provide quality customer services led to the full fledged involvement of the company into Real estates and property development. His several constructions like Chandra Towers & complexes, Vijay Raja Thirumana mandapam still speaks for his immense success in Property Development. He takes on Big challenges and sees pride in sailing his company through .Thus evolved his next venture into a business of supplying Medical gases to several hospitals and Industrial gas to the leading industries in entire State.With an intention to take his real estate business on a large scale, he led his company into Housing, Resorts, building Commercial & Corporate Complexes, SEZs (Special Economic Zones).
