The Ideal Homes Co-Op Building Society Ltd

The Ideal Homes Co-operative Building Society was started in the year 1964 by late Mr. P.I.Joseph, the founder president of the society and his team. With a current membership of 4002, The Ideal Homes Township on Mysore Road is spread on about 326 acres. About 1911 sites have been allotted to the members in all. The Society has also started a new layout The Ideal Hi-Tech Layout on Hosur Road. And have acquired 52.27 Acres of Converted land. Constantly working towards a better lifestyle of all members and other people around the township, the society has not depended on any financial aid from the government. All needs have been met by the society funds. The Ideal Homes Co-operative Building Society is a member of the International Co-operative Housing Foundation for Asia and the Pacific.
