We have been the pioneers in housing development in Margao launching the first complex of eight apartments in 1981 under the trade name Suvina Enterprises and under the ownership of my mum Mrs Suvina B Redkar and Guidance of my dad Dr Babu A Redkar .Inflation was low in those days and a apartment would be sold for less than a lakh.These were followed by a number of small projects till the launch of Suvina Orchards under the trade Name Suvina Builders in 2004 when I joined my mum on completion of my education.I have completed M,Tech( Structures) from M.S.Ramaiah institute of technology Bangalore and B.E (Civil) from R.V.College of Engineering Bangalore.I have a active interest in incorporating modern techniques in construction in Goa .I have been working under the trade name Suvina Builders & Co since 2011 .In addition to housing development we also undertake construction as a contractor of residential and commercial spaces.
