Mr. G.A. Ravish, Chairman of M/s Skanda Buildtech had played a very important role as General Manager, Sales & Marketing in creating reputation and niche for high end Residential Projects of one of the leading builders of India, M/s EMBASSY GROUP, Bangalore. Aged 44 years, he comes from a family of successful businessmen. After his graduation from Christ College, Bangalore in 1982, Ravish joined Usha International as Trainee Sales Representative. He learnt his skills in the highly competitive world of consumer durables. His enthusiasm, "feet on street" approach, networking skills, hard work and a keen desire for continuous learning & improvement ensured his rapid rise in Usha International. His progression through the ranks from his initial posting as Trainee Sales Representative to Senior Sales Manager in a short span of 13 short years has been amongst the fastest in the history of Usha International. Mr. Ravish moved to Embassy Group , as Manager, Sales in the year 1995. He has been responsible for the successful sales and marketing of several Embassy Group projects from the Premium Projects such as Embassy Woods, Embassy Eros, Embassy Crown, Embassy Orchid, amongst others to Luxury Projects such as Embassy Tranquil, Embassy Meadows, Embassy Grace, Embassy Casabella, Embassy Heritage & Embassy Habitat. As General Manager, Sales & Marketing of Embassy Group, Ravish assumed overall responsibility for the Marketing & Sales function of all residential projects. Apart from the primary responsibility of Marketing & Sales of residential projects, his responsibilities included land acquisition, project conceptualization & co-ordination with architects, coordination with housing finance companies and apartment rentals amongst others. As a person Mr. Ravish is a Customer Friendly & Customer Focused Individual. This is corroborated by the fact that even today, he is constantly sought by customers who have purchased apartments form Embassy Group as far back as 1995 seeking his advice & assistance on property matters. Ravish continues to use a "feet on street" approach & is in constant touch with customers, erstwhile and present, and the market in general.
