The company having 16 employees strength.Besides this project company already developed two projects called "Varad-Laxmi Plaza" at Warje highway. It was a commercial & residential project. The reputed well known company's like "Cafe-Coffee day", "Dominoz Pizza","IDBI Bank" having shops on rent. The project was developed by "Siddhivinayak Associates" formed by Mr. Vikas Laxman Pawar.The second project called "Bhakti-Park" developed by "Vaishnavi Associates". The founder of the company are Mr. Vikas Laxman Pawar & Mr. Gagandeep Maan. It was also a residential cum commercial project. The project was developed at 'Manaji Nagar', 'Narhe-Ambegaon' It was a 32 residential flats & 4 commercial shops project. It was developed on 9, 000 sq. ft area.
