The firm is formed by young entrepreneur to float residential projects in various parts of Ahmedabad. The firm has started it's first project named SHREEYA RESIDENCY on S. P. Ring Road, Odhav Circle, Ahmedabad. The project has 359 residential apartments of one and two BHK and 32 shops to provide shopping comfort to the residents of the localities. The project is framed to cater residential need of middle class society of the area. The project is located on S. P Ring Road, Odhav Circle, Odhav, Ahmedabad. The project is spread over approx 15000 sq. yards plot. Dr. Ravi Brahmbhatt, a physiotherapist by qualification and entrepreneur by passion, is key promoter of the group. He is qualified physiotherapist but engaged in business of supplying cement poles and other materials to vij companies. His passion towards real estate business attracted him to undergo Real Estate Management course. He is key promoter of the project.
