Mr. Siddharth Khinvasara had entered in the construction industry in the year 2006, and had successfully launched " Krishna Heritage " which was a joint venture of 80 flats and which comprised of a 1& 2 bhk flats, situated at Bhosari Industrial area in pradhikaran, while doing Krishna Heritage project he had also managed to master the construction industry and gained good confidence with big banners like, Arch.Shitesh Agarwal (Sankalp Designs), Arch. Hansal Parekh (RCC Consultant), Adv. Ashok Bora(Kiran Bora Associates), Mr. Vijay R. Tupe (Project Manager&Contractor) , Mr.Rishi Jain (Media Marketing-Idea Manufacturing Company) and with co-operation with all of them Mr.Siddharth has been able to launch a new company under the banner of Shashwati Buildcon Pvt ltd. The Khinvasara family over the years has developed several acres of land in and around Pune. With the inspiration and blessings of his doting parents, Smt Nirmala & Shri Kantilal Khinvasara, both entrepreneurs and philanthropists, Shashwati has been founded on the sound principles of customer focus and deliverance of the best value for money. Shashwati seeks to develop both residential as well as commercial properties. Reflections which is situated near dange chowk and which measures in acres, and which comprise Residential and Commercial. The commercial part would be the A Star Hotel Property, A Mall, A Sports Club, High Tech Banqueting and A Multiplex.
