We the “SHASHWAT HOMES” representing ourselves as a leading and most reliable company in the field of construction. We are in this field from last fifteen years. Our company date of establishment is year 1996 and we are carrying the construction activity in the area nearest to Kalyan like Kharghar, Nerul, Airoli, Badlapur etc.Our main motive is to provide Quality work to the customer and make the flat purchasing deal so transparent that the customer should feel relax about the dealing transparency and the quality of work done.Currently our company is doing project at Badlapur(west) with the name “SHASHWAT PARK”. This is 34 building project out of which Four buildings are of (G+4) type & remaining Ttirty buildings are of (G+7) type. Currently our firm has completed Four buildings of (G+4) within a span of one year & has commenced the construction of Five more (G+7) towers. this project is also approved by most of the leading financial institute like TJSB Ltd., SBI, DHFL, GIC, HDFC,….etc.
