We are Sankalp Welfare Association, a family of around 275+ proud owners (mostly from Microsoft) of prime property in the heart of Tellapur, Gachibowli. We have pooled in our resources to build our dream house with superlative specification at unheard of prices thereby creating significant values for the members. Construction is being carried out by a committed and experienced team. Delivery and started a project. We have decided to add few more privileged members to this family. We bring approximately 5 acres to new members. Now another set of chosen few can again build their homes, the way we want it, and live with their chosen neighbors.We are Sankalp Homes – a cohesive and coherent team of competent and passionate professionals.
