The S.G.Group flagship company S.G.Projects Ltd. was established in 1999.In those early days the company was in the business of Coal trading and transportation, later on the company diversified into Inland coal handling and liasoning, Importing coking coal, Financial Services, Mining, and Manufacturing of Fire Bricks. Today S.G.Group achievements are landmarks in the coal sector and have went on to become one of the leading coal marketing company in Eastern India for non-core sector.Witnessing the ever growing demand for housing in India due to increase in urban population and rising income, the S.G.Group established a new company in 2007 named "SHREE GANESHAYA INFRAPROJECTS LTD" (SGIL) to undertake the Real Estate Development in Eastern India, with main focus being the city of joy Kolkata.
