Raga Foundation, was started in the year 1996 with small projects, drawing support from friends and relatives. Initially the firm undertook civil construction contracts involving residential houses, small sized nursing homes, educational institutions and similar buildings. The average size of the buildings was about 5000 sq.ft. thereafter, the firm ventured into promotion of flats and the first such project was in Kilpauk, Chennai with 8 dwelling units. Thus Raga Foundation started growing in size gradually and widened geographically within the city. It is now a medium sized property developer in Chennai catering to the middle segment and has earned a reputation within the industry circle. It is now set to grow further by undertaking slightly bigger projects.
