The journey of R.K.Colonizer started in 2010 but the firm has a prior experience of 30 years in the concept of private colonies in Delhi, under the name of ‘Raju Properties’. We have established the firm with an aim of excelling in the same for the property market in Jaipur to broaden our horizons. The company, situated in Delhi, is functioning under the prudent management of the CEO Mr. Raj Kumar Dean, who has a rich experience in the Realty sector. We have previously made various private colonies in Delhi like Defence Colony, New Vision Church Colony, Sanik Niketan and so on. We mostly purchase Residential plots and large areas of land for undertaking the concept of the private colonies and are also involved in the dealing of Lands and Plots in Jaipur.
