Pereira Real Estates, forms part of the Pereira business group, the group is headed the Managing Director Mr. Pio Pereira , who is a Civil Engineer by profession, who has had decades of experience in the construction field, this experience has been constantly channeled into construction of sturdy buildings of quality construction, as well as fashionable bungalows with ultra modern facilities. The entire process of construction right from inception, till completion of buildings at a site, is closely monitored, so as to ensure that quality is maintained throught the construction process. Mr. Pereira is also a forward looking Builder who makes extensive use of Computer Software Applications, and utilities, in order to enhance the entire construction process, which ultimately boils down to clients getting well constructed dwellings, yet at reasonable rates.
