The company was started around 1990 as a part time venture since then we have completed over 200 individual houses and have promoted over 15 Flats at various places in Chennai. Since 2001 the company was properly formed and registered under the name Nanda Constructions and Contractors.Now the company is divided into two different entities to enable the management to concentrate on Developing and Promoting Villas/Duplex house (Nandha Foundations Pvt Ltd.)separately and Flats promotions (Nanda Homes) separately.Nanda Homes is headed by Mr.N.Senthilkumar B.E., M.S.(Proprieter). He has experience in varied domains like Construction and Real Estate, Business Process Out Sourcing , System and Process designing and Implementation and ERP Design & Customisation. His Out of the Box thinking and Radical Approach towards the Business gives a different dimension to the company that others in the market
