The Builders, Mr. Nitin Malhotra and Mr. Jayant Malhotra, are both sons of late Shree Hukum Chand Malhotra .well known industrialist, philanthropist and social worker. Nitin Malhotra is an engineer from IT-BHU and M.Tech from University of Washington, U.S.A. and Jayant, an engineer from IIT Mumbai, M.Tech from University of Florida, U.S.A. Both have long experience of constructing and setting up industrial units, and export businesses. They successfully manufactured ceramic tiles and chemicals for two decades. They have now entered the field of Real estate and 'Mahavir Greens' is their debut project. Their endeavour is to create a benchmark in multistoried community living. The philosophy of the group is straightforward honesty, social responsibility and giving its costomers best value for money, through innovative ideas.
