In Bangalore, every project has been approved by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) and in Mysore, approvals have come from Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA). The KBL Group is the brainchild of K B Lakshman. As a Managing Director, Shri K B Lakshman has been a bacon guiding the group. It is his vision, his stress on values and ethics and his tireless striving that has risen the group to great heights. Sri K B Lakshman is also an active social worker and a respected Educationist.
