Atharva Properties has been building quality homes for people and their families. But our home’s quality extends well beyond its four walls. It’s in the land we purchase, the materials we use, and the way each home is designed and functions. Every detail in every home is thought about and cared for so that our customers are proud to call the homes we build their home.While many builders don’t go to the extent that we do, we work with our contractors to build a quality home from foundation to roof. We include more standard features and upgrades than most builders. And since quality control shouldn’t be a burden that the customer should have to bear, we take that role seriously. We put each home through a rigorous 256 item quality control checklist. And each member of our construction team is held accountable to these results.Last, but not least, Atharva Properties follows-up with the same care and attention to detail for a year after one of our homes is bought. The reason for this is simple – we just want each and every one of our customers to truly love their home. Sure, some say love is a strong word, but we simply believe that everybody should expect more in a home.
