Akash Homes launched a row housing project at AECS layout Bangalore. soon Bangalore become land of opportunity, need for housing requirement grew. Following the boom, to surprise of all real estate industry recorded crash, housing projects were no more feasible, during this recession period Akash Homes developed homes for the end user, there by coming with the thought process: �Piece Of Land With Peace Of Mind�. Not to create liability on buyer and build high quality house at affordable price. Further four more year gave Akash Home enough of time to work on housing projects which are mainly built as shelter for end users and dedicated Akash Homes to housing solutions. In the recent past requirement for houses as investment grew multifold and the second real estate boom started at national level, Akash Homes felt necessity to pool in talents and resources, started expanding the company with � Construction division, � Consultancy division and � Marketing division of our own and Akash Homes gained ability to create 2 lakh sqft of accommodation per year successfully. As result of real estate boom land price went so high that the cost of house was not affordable for the majority of the society. At this point of time Akash Homes started looking into other cities especially 2 tier cities and opened a branch at Coimabatore. Now with dedication and commitment to create quality house at affordable cost.
