Pros:
- Great Complex - Squash court, gym, swimming pool, play area for kids including small football ground, Yoga room, ample open space with small gardens, active society members, decently well maintained.
- Clean outside - Relative to Mumbai standards, when you step out of the building complex, the roads are clean and roads are not super clogged.Cons:
- If you are renting a 2bhk here, its most likely that it will be track facing, hence constant noise from trains passing. On lower floors, it might be a bigger concern.
- Note: This specific point may vary wing to wing. Each wing has its own society formation and slightly varying rules. My Experience is for Wing D.
The society rules are slightly strict. You cant get construction repair work done on weekends (time restricted to morning 9 to evening 5 or something like that); Late night parties are bound to disturb neighbors due to layout of building and society tolerance to this is low.
- After a recent water proofing effort taken by building, there are some restrictions on any drills that you make to outer walls. This might affect your ability to install split ACs and Dish TV discs. Ensure you check with owner / society before moving in here.Beds: 2
